Through JF Alexander Properties & Real Estate Holdings, the JF Alexander Corporation will provide low-income and minority-populated customers the ability to obtain home ownership within 20 geographic location. JF Alexander will achieve this by purchasing revenue-generating properties, rehabbing the properties, and selling the properties for profit, through JF Alexander Properties & Real Estate Holdings, in 20 locations within 10 separate states. The locations are mostly low income and minority populated. JF Alexander Corporation’s intent is to increase home ownership for low income and minority-populated areas while creating jobs, offering professional opportunities for individuals to learn individual trade skills, improve each locations’ Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and potentially the average household incomes.
